Lead design teams at a brand level to deliver strategic creative and design solutions with a commitment to and eye for craft
Confidently and effectively present to array of audiences (including large groups, C Suite, clients)
Guide, direct and mentor team to deliver creative excellence
Partner with account team(s) and support the creation of effective and accurate proposals
Direct projects, including creative sessions, crits, selection, and refinement

Reports to Executive Creative Director
Location: New York, NY
$121,000 - $204,500 annually. This is the pay range Turner Duckworth believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Turner Duckworth reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Turner Duckworth will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
