Design Director

About You

You’re a motivated team member who is able to effectively straddle the line between us and our clients.

Internally, you demonstrate a proven ability to recognize and nurture potential. You lead work that consistently succeeds both commercially and critically. You are curious and inventive: you obsess over a clever idea, effortlessly executed. You can craft a design within a pixel of its life. Your direction is clear and concise, but you’re able to suggest as well as you prescribe. You are an effective collaborator.

Externally, you understand our clients’ challenges and objectives and you help generate strategic, creative solutions to them. You champion our work, knowing that only the best will ever be good enough, and you can deliver a persuasive argument to support it. You feel comfortable answering any question or criticism with confidence and thoughtfulness. You’re also a good listener that can adjust your mindset in support of a larger goal.
